Be careful though as the cashews will increase your carbs. To lower the carbs, and because this is actually meant to be used as a fat bomb, you can omit the coconut on top and just have them plain.
Or, you can add a sprinkle of chopped almonds on top.
You can add Sweetener to your Fat Bombs
If you’d like to sweeten the deal, you can by adding a natural plant-based sweetener such as Stevia liquid (try the Caramel Sweet Drops by Sweetleaf) or using powdered erythritol or powdered xylitol (you may need to powder your own xylitol) as opposed to the granular form as this would make it quite gritty.
We have actually never wanted to put any sweetener in as the almonds have their own naturally sweet taste. However you have it, we hope you enjoy them.
