Of course, you can always make your own keto salad recipe as well. Simply pick a protein (like chicken, fish, beef, or eggs), choose your salad base (dark leafy greens are going to be best, particularly spring mixes), choose the toppings/mix-ins (avocado, tomato, onion, peppers, broccoli, cucumber, etc.), and add fat to it (either through a fatty dressing, olives, shredded cheese, nuts/seeds, or a combination of all of these).
