Low Carb Smoothies – Keto Smoothie (The Essentials!)
My go to keto smoothie recipe!

Servings: 1 smoothie

1/3 cup frozen blueberries
2 big hand fulls fresh spinach
1/2 serving Vanilla Premiere Protein Powder
1/2 to 1 Scoop Amazing grass green superfood (optional)
1 scoop Innate Magnesium Powder (optional)
2 tbsp almond butter (My favorite brand on Amazon (affiliate link)
1 Cup Ice
about 1/2 cup to 1 cup of water or almond milk

add all to a blender cup and blend until smooth

For any of the other ingredients that I talked about, I would use 1 serving. So if you wanted to add hemp hearts to your smoothie, add 3 tablespoons which is zero net carbs, 13g of fat, and 10g of protein!
