here’s what I came up with. Different from the original recipe we made, this has added Cream for the milk flavour that Nutella has due to the milk powder, completely authentic yet an amazing easy and healthy sugar free food to have in your keto snacks pantry!

Needs to keep in the fridge because of it and only lasts a few days, but its amazing slathered on waffles!

INGREDIENTS (makes 300g Nutella, 1 jar)

150g / 5.3oz double / heavy cream

90g / 3oz hazelnut butter

60g / 2oz 100% chocolate liquor

a few drops of liquid sucralose
or make your own

(optional) a pinch of salt
