2 cups almond flour (My favorite brand on Amazon https://amzn.to/2Nw5aDK(affiliate link)
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/2 cup Granulated sweetener (My favorite brand on Amazon https://amzn.to/2D8OmNj(affiliate link)
1 teaspoon Baking soda
2 Large beaten eggs
1/4 cup Melted Butter
1 cup Fresh Blueberries
Preheat oven to 350F.
Grease an 8 x 4 loaf pan with butter or cooking spray.
In a large bowl combine the almond flour, salt, sweetener and baking soda.
Stir in beaten eggs and melted butter. The batter will be thick.
Spread the batter into the greased loaf pan and press in the blueberries evenly in the batter.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool before serving.
