Flavor packed keto Swedish meatballs are served in creamy beef gravy. We kept the carbs low by skipping the breadcrumbs and using xanthan gum as a thickener.

1-pound ground beef
1 tablespoon dried parsley
¼ teaspoon allspice

½ cup heavy whipping cream
