2 medium bell Peppers, sliced in half
2 stalks green onion, sliced thin
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons minced ginger
Salt and pepper to taste

Korean BBQ Sauce
1/3 cup sugar-free apricot preserves, like Polaner’s brand
1 ½ tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Reduced Sugar Ketchup
1 tablespoon chili paste
1 tablespoon soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
