Happy St David’s Day!!! This year success is real we made real welsh cakes that passed the test of a pure blood welshie like lovely assistant Robin!!! My ;ove for Gavin and Stacey and Doris made me follow the recipe that Margaret John made for the BBC a few years ago before she sadly passed away. I am following her recipe to try and make them as traditional and authentic as possible but also totally low carb, sugarfree and gluten free!
