This keto seven layer dip is perfect for parties or BBQ’s. Consider it a taco in a bowl or use it as a dip!


1 Pound ground beef
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
3/4 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Taco Sauce
4 Cups Shredded Lettuce
1.5 Cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup diced Tomatoes
1/2 Cup sliced black olives


Cook and crumble the ground beef in a large skillet over medium high heat. Mix in the seasonings. Remove from the heat and set aside.
Layer the ground beef in a 9×13 casserole dish.
Top with a layer of shredded lettuce
followed by the cheese
the tomatoes
and the black olives
Serve with pork rinds
