Jalapeno Popper Casserole
Ingredients:
These are ESTIMATES! This is a simple meal that is easy to throw together, you really don’t need to measure exactly but adjust based on how many people you are serving!
– 2 lbs fresh sliced chicken
– 1 package bacon of choice
– 1 or 2 containers of cream cheese
– Panko porkrinds https://amzn.to/3M1Bz11
– Garlic Powder
– 3 fresh jalapenos (optional)
– 1 Container heavy cream
– 2 Packages of String Beans
– 2 Packages of Sliced Cheddar Cheese
After sautéing the bacon and chicken until cooked through mix with steamed green beans and all other ingredients, top with cheese and panko and jalapenos and then bake for about 20 min or until bubbly at 375 degrees.

Fat Latte Recipe:
– 1 Tbsp Grassfed Butter
– 1 Tbsp MCT 143 (work your way up from 1 tsp slowly overtime)
