Ingredients:
– 1 Green Bell Pepper
– 1 Red Bell Pepper
– 1 6oz Can of Sliced Black Olives
– 1 Lb Hard Salami (Sliced 1/2 inch thick)
– 1.5 Lbs Provolone (sliced 1/2 inch thick)
– 1 Cup Extra Virgen Olive OIl
– 1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar

Directions:
1. Cube all ingredients and mix in the bowl
2. Add can of olives
3. Mix together with olive oil and vinegar
Refrigerate & Enjoy

Servings: 10
